Customize Your Own Cheese Plate at Cheesetique Del Ray

Since 2004, Alexandria cheese aficionados have been turning to Cheesetique Del Ray for aged cheddar, buttery brie, and everything in between. You can place an order at the cheese counter and head home to create your own cheese plate, or you can let the professionals at Cheesetique do the work for you. Classic cheese and charcuterie boards are beautifully plated, as are the many options on the restaurant’s cheese-centric hot foods menu.
Treat yourself to a bowl of creamy, delicious lobster mac and cheese (made with fontina fontal, tarragon, and sherry), or go for a classic grilled cheese sandwich (regulars recommend the caprese-style sandwich on ciabatta). Fried cheese curds, burrata, and tater tot poutine are all popular sharable plates that pair well with a glass of wine or a pint of beer.
